Are you looking for hospitality packages at the iconic Oktoberfest Festival in 2027?
The two week Oktoberfest festival in Munich regularly attracts five million guests who come to sample the wonderful atmosphere and enjoy the hospitality. The first Oktoberfest took place on October 12th in 1810, with the wedding of the Bavarian crown prince Ludwig to princess Therese from Saxony-Hildburghausen, and people from all over the world have been coming ever since.
The event will start with the Mayor of Munich tapping the first keg at noon on September 18th.
There are around fifteen beer tents varying in size, some are small such as the Hippodrome tent, with others bigger such as the mid range Schuetzen Festholle tent which holds around four thousand guests and the larger Schottenhamel tent which holds up to ten thousand guests.
It is essential you book the Oktoberfest early as accommodation and tables in the tents book out far in advance. We advise our guests that its best for us to book them a tables(s) at around 1700 which they will then have until the tent closes.
We do though encourage guests to make the most of the Oktoberfest atmosphere and to have a wander round during the afternoon and go on some of the rides and perhaps buy some souvenirs.
Typical 2027 Oktoberfest hospitality packages include:
Price £499 to £549 per person

- Obligatory welcome reception in an exclusive event location in walking distance to the tent incl. finger food & beverages
- Table reservation inside the above mentioned tent (10pax per table)
- Three-course menu (Shared Starter Platter, Main course)
- Two litres of beer per person
- One 18 euro voucher which could be used for dessert/another drink
- English speaking guide
In addition to this please note a tip of approximately 5% has to be paid on site in the tent.
